Guess who just got the new Nico Marlet book?
These were all the pages in the book that featured Nico’s original “Cats” concept art, BUT this time with their original colors, so we would’ve seen what they would’ve looked like if the film was finished.
I’ll admit these scans were a bit difficult to do since my scanner is a bit smaller, but can fit these pages in well when you push it towards the screen. By the way, I highly recommend checking out the book “Boisterous Beasts & Deadly Dragons - The Art of Nico Marlet”, a lot of great stuff on there.
To celebrate the 45th anniversary of Cats, here is a clip of Ethan performing the Operatic Italian part of Growltiger's Last Stand in the Bremen production.
