I’m so glad I wasn’t looking for someone to grow old with when I met you. I’m so glad I was just looking for some fun. And that we both were looking for some fun. And although we have had our kings share of not so fun times, we have definitely had tons and tons of fun. I never believed that if you meet someone young it will ever last. I always said one of you has to be settling for it to work out. But here we are - 15 years later still having lots of fun, and definitely not settling for anything other than our highest desires. At 20 and 24 I never imagined we would still be together now. We were meant to just be FWB after all. So take the win @rory_da_costa - I’ll admit that I was wrong just this once 🤣 Grateful for you and the lengths you will go to, to be the man you desire to be, for me to be the woman I desire to be. Sometimes I think we don’t know what we are doing, but most of the time we do relationship pretty well. And it’s a lot easier since you learnt not to ask big questions until I’m fed because a hangry Shannii is not a fun or attentive Shannii 🤣 Thanks for never quitting on learning who I am and who I want to be and what I desire. As I once said in a commitment letter to you - I am excited about getting to know every new version of you as you grow, and I meant it.
