My notes: I’ve got a weakness for fic set in cafés and for doctor!AUs (really I just have a weakness for doctors; look at my romantic history), so it’s not really a surprise I rec’d this. Fluff galore, which is exactly my cup of tea. (While I’m at it, I’d like to plug all of @lastknownwriter‘s fics, too, because it’s a treasure trove of deancas goodness.)
TL;DR: Doctor!Cas + coffeeshop AU (sort of) = gold
