Volt glared at Solar a bit, before getting into the tank themself and swimming over to where their other two had been hiding, scooping them up and curling around them.. I mean, Dr. Solar literally committed child abduction..
Dr. Solar sighed heavily. Clear worry was in his face. He looked at volt with a worried, yet apologetic look to his eyes.
“Is there anymore, volt? I need to know so I can go retrieve them.. even if they—”
He trailed off, clearly sounding sad at the prospect of them not having made it.
“If— you wish for them to be kept there I shall leave them there... I would like to examine you as well, please. To make sure there is not any complications that either of us have not noticed.”
