I've been doing walking meditation/grounding in the fresh spring grass and clover. There is a small window between when everything is muddy and when everything is dried out- during this time I love to walk barefoot and feel the softness. I also love to lay in the grass and soak in the sun/cloudwatch. If you're lucky enough to have fresh grass near you- I highly suggest it!🌿
I've suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember so I know just how terrifying anxiety attacks can be. While certain coping skills don't work for everyone, using this "grounding" technique has definitely helped me out of anxiety attacks more times than I can count. The best part is being able to use this technique no matter where I am.

Why garden when you can buy organic from most stores? Gardening serves a lot of purposes for me. It's a healthy hobby that allows me to reap the benefits of connecting with nature. It's an educational tool that allows me to learn from the process. I often garden barefoot for earthing / grounding benefits. It's one a the few ways to truly verify that your produce is organic and fresh. It's also a fun way to supplement my family's meals with organic produce!
