Imagine: Grougu keeps using his abilities to push you and Din Djarin together because he knows his dad has a soft spot for you
you have been traveling with the Manadorlian and he's a little adorable child for some time, and lately. you have been baby handled by Grougu he would use his "force" to lift you and others to stand next to Din or sometimes he would not be so settled to push you into him. which He would always catch you just before you tripped or fell. and would apologize again about Grougu . and would talk to his Son.
Today was no different. you were on your home planet and you were hugging and visiting with old friends. Grougu and Din Knew you wouldn't be back until Later but both of them were always scanning thur the crowds in the hope to find you.
unfortunately for you. it was Grogu who caught sight of you first. you were just declining a former boyfriend's advances to kiss you when Grougu screeched and you were lifted up into the air. everyone around you screamed. in shock as you were flung over to Grougu and Din. who had to jump to catch you before you were Slammed into the wall behind him. once caught he turned to Grougu about to scream how we don't Fling Y/N around like a toy. when you grabbed Grougu's arm resting your head on his shoulder for a second, "the kid Must of saws the awkward encounter I was in and was trying to help." Din didn't believe that for a second. he knew that the Kid was pushing you towards him. because the Kid figured out Din had a crush on you.
Dins' body went completely stiff as you reached up tapping your forehead on the side of his helmet. in his culture due to Not being able to take their helmets off and let another living thing see him. they came up with headbutting each other. a soft tap to show affection. you wrapped your arms around Din as you spoke, "Lets go back to my parents. '
"Okay" is all he could say as Grogu was talking gleefully as you reached over rubbing his head and walking away. once out of the market you freed Din as you spoke, 'Does. a tap on the side of the helmet mean a kiss on the cheek? cause tats what i was aiming for?"
Din chuckled softly as he spoke, 'it can."
you smiled brightly, "good. i might have to do it again then." Din chuckled saying any time as you smiled walking ahead getting to your parents door letting yourself in as you called to them. as Din spoke, "thanks for saving her Kid."
grogue made an excited sound as Din followed you inside. once back on Din's Ship the baby was asleep. as you were pacing as Din walked in seeing you pace as he asked what was wrong.
"I want to kiss you."
Din's knees almost gave out hearing you confess, you stopped looking at him as you spoke, "Like in my culture. face to face.. And Naturally, I can't- because.. I don't want to ruin your honor.. i just- there is No smooth way to do it. without you knowing. cause of your mask. and I- I wouldn't awnt to ruin our friendship but I want to Ruin it and make it different.. More.."
Din was too speechless to speak as you stepped over, "Din?"
"you know I can't let you see my face." you nodded your head, "I thought of that. I got a blindfold." he smiled weakly under his mask as he spoke, "you be alright with that?"
you nodded your head as you startled to ramble on, "I would- we would Only kiss like this hwen it's just you and me on the ship, and the kid of course when he's aslee, and the other times If i want to kiss you. i'll kiss your mask. other my way or your cultures way."
"and what if i want to kiss you?"
"Softly. headbutt me. Softly! i dont want a concussion."
"you been thinking about this for a while?"
nodding your head, "yea- it's.. the Kid keeps tossing me around like he's shinny ball. and I kept thinking... who would catch me. I knew it was always you. but I would- I dont want anyone else to catch me.. if that makes sense." he smiled brightly. again.. you couldn't see it. Din stepped over as he soke, "get your blindfold." you smiled brightly walking over to your bed grabbing the fabric you intent to use as he helped you cover your eyes. you felt silly. but when you felt he's fingers brush over your cheek. the silliness dissapeared as you heard the helmet eject off his face as he spoke, "can you see?"
"No- yo really should of asked before you took your helmet off."
he chuckled softly stepping over as he pulled his gloves off to feel you skin to skin. you gased feeling the soft touch of his skin as he reached down placing he's lips on you.
