   Saizo was skeptical at first, but Lord Ryoma was insistent that he go. There were reports of an alleged magic practitioner, as well as unconfirmed missing persons, near a destroyed battlement to the West. The ninja felt there were more pressing matters he could attend to, but his liege had already made his decision.

   Under the cover of night, Saizo observed the ruins. There were no Nohrians or bandits within view, but he continued his investigation nonetheless. He was finishing his final sweep of the area when a flickering light of some sort caught his attention. It was only in his peripheral, but he knew the general direction.

   Silently approaching the half leveled structure, he peeked over rubbled stone and wood to view a dim torchlight illuminating what seemed to be an alchemy station. The light was not red-orange, but purple, and the workspace appeared to be recently used.

He’s getting a redesign.

Bc I lowkey hates how he looks right now, I meant to make him hot, but he’s…bland.
