patch notes: realized a variable was set to the wrong value, now ability 'perfect accuracy' has been given a side effect to rebalance the current meta. accuracy has been lowered by 20%, with bad rolls leading to a 5 minute debuff 'crippling shame and guilt' where the player screen is plastered with horrific memories, some lies, and others simply shocking. movement speed is cut in half during this debuff.
