Y'know, it's *likely* Cinder's original Grimmbug died at Beacon since the new arm has a (replacement?) mojo draining function (and seems to hoover non Maidens' aura in *seconds*; Vernal was barely dented by Weiss beforehand). Still, a confirmation would be nice just for the sake of her squishy guts.
yeah, her squishy guts definitely took a hit too since she couldn’t speak for a while, so the grimm bug being dead would make sense.
honestly, we need to see cinder’s back tattoo. if it’s completely scarred over, then i’d say the bug is dead. but if it’s even partially still there, then that tiny fucker is still alive to some extent.
