I don't know you and you don't know me, but PLEASE do not give up on your art entirely. Even if it's just done as a hobby, do something! Giving up will kill your soul and it's clear you have a beautiful and kind soul with a lot of creativity to share. The art destruction thing was something i did up until my late 20's until I got diagnosed with bipolar and put on the right meds - turns out it was a symptom of my episodes. Aside from purging my socials, I haven't gotten rid of any physical art since 2021. :) <3
