Jimmy blames himself for Lizzie's death, as does Gri. They both blame themself for not saving Lizzie, for not being there to help Liz when she needed it.
Grian blames himself for Scar & Liz's death, so he made a promise to not let his siblings die.
Pearl lost her arm against Cleo in a fight that Grian arrived late to. Cleo almost died that day.
Fwhip "died" and Gri left the force. He blames himself for not saving his siblings when they needed him, for not saving his partner when he needed him, and not saving his best friend when she needed him.
Grian has so much selfhate.
