My day Friday 15+ lbs of chicken smoked/grilled. Used a dry brine technique which looks pretty and got a pretty good flavor. Thanks to @weberigrill and @webergrills it wasn’t that difficult. Cooled off with a Independence Harbor Amber Ale from @aldiusa and did some yard work in between.
