i’m still only in act 2 but one of my favorite little moments in Silksong so far was when the Greymoor OST got to the really emotional high violin part for the first time. i genuinely dropped my controller and let out a sad little “oh…” when i heard that
I wonder if Wisp Thicket is what the rest of Greymoor looked like before things fell to ruin? We hear from a few different sources that it used to be a very fertile land, providing food for huge amounts of pilgrims back in the day, as a notable contrast to the current gloomy state of the place.
Wisp Thicket is still green, healthy, and thriving- plus or minus some guys trying to DIY a knockoff Grimm Troupe- and is close by enough that it might have just been part of the rest of Greymoor in happier times.
