Of course Lucas doesn't make 47 sleep on the couch. 47 moves on his own accord if the bed gets too crowded. Picture Lucas, sleeping serenely on his back, one dog at his feet, two at his sides, one on his chest (well, with the dog's size, chest and belly and most of his lower body). 47 on the other side of the bed in deep slumber. Then Lucas rolls on his side, that unleashes a chain reaction of every dog moving and repositioning until 47 has no bed left and moves to the couch. It is an insanely expensive and comfy couch but has no Lucas. At some point Lucas wakes up, notices a lack of 47 and goes to join him. The dogs spread out on the bed and get their fur everywhere. Until they miss their daddy and try to jump onto the couch anyway.
