Both of them are so careless with the ball and when you are trailing with a minute left you don't walk or jog the ball up the court. I blame the coach for not going Mike Rice like I was at the TV.  Every second is a chance for a last minute shot and these guys just don't understand the game situation.  Especially Armstead on the last two possessions, he was pushing it like it was the first half in a non-conference early season game.  Come on guys, give your troops a chance to win. 

Anything worthwhile and scalable requires a great team of people to carry out the vision. There is absolutely no such thing as a one man team. Getting great people takes knowing what is most important to you first before you go out and recruit. Recruit people who are going to complement your weaknesses and who are just as open minded as you are to constantly improving, which is one of my core values as an individual. One thing that I am very passionate about is building a great team and team work. I severely like to do things on my own as I am a people person...at least I think so and I love to share the victory with others. I have had the privileged to work with some amazing people who have done amazing things in so many ways and have helped to teach me things in my own life. I firmly believe you can learn many lessons from your team. Some of the best team building exercises that I have ever been a part of are was one of the activities we had every one on our team choose another staff member and write something that they appreciated about that person. That was an incredible experience because so many people never know how much of an impact they have on another person's life. Also another great exercise to do with your team is to ask them specific questions on what was the biggest triumph they ever encountered and how they felt about it and handled it. This will allow the rest of your team including yourself a chance to get to know that person better and how to better understand them. Another great way to get great people is to work off of referrals from your team because they are most likely friends with people who are just like them. This was always a good method to help with recruiting great people and being able to build a even better and stronger atmosphere. Also develop great relationships with local universities and colleges to have a continuous supply of educated and hungry talent. Be a flexible leader who focuses a lot of your energy on communicating and building relationships and letting people know that you genuinely care about their well being. Any organization or business is a collection of people just like you and if you don't treat them as they should be treated you will not attract anymore talent. And make sure that you are extremely passionate about the message you are trying to get across to your team and let them see that you are dead serious about whatever your organization's goal is. Your team will only become as strong as you become and as passionate as you become. Celebrate and praise as many things as you can because people truly enjoy knowing that they personally are appreciated. One of my all time favorite activities to do with my team is to take them out to dinner or some event and invite their family to come out.
