Yeah, I did some googling and iâve heard that tests proved them to be fake and then some said they were proven to be true. One of my friends on campus who is also a psych major said that itâs basically âinconclusiveâ. idk, sheâs strong on her opinions and doesnt back down and i certainly respect them, but i dont think she realizes that itâs honestly really hurtful lmaoÂ

I hate that too! I keep seeing that potato experiment everywhere and it just makes me sigh.
questioning stuff is always good .. but every person should do this I often see people doing different experiments (microwave, 10:23) and other people just noding in agreement. I know there is something not right with the agriculture in the usa and not everybody can do a full setup and try it for themselves (something with cress would be easier ^^) I am for encouraging kids to do science but people should keep in mind that this is often not objective, reliable and valid
