Green Chef: Meal 2 Second meal in this week's Green Chef keto box: chicken verde! Hard to pick a favorite part. Roasted cauliflower with lemon and toasted almonds, perfect chicken with a rockin garlic salsa on top, or the peppery arugula salad with olive oil? Yum! I really hate eating leftover chicken, so I was careful with this meal to keep a whole second portion separate. I just have to cook the chicken tomorrow and I'll have lunch good to go! I was even able to reuse some of the containers the ingredient came in to save portions for tomorrow. Easy cleanup for the rest of the packaging and it's able to be recycled.
