U use any oil on your ears? Or recommend some mine not tryna stretch
I use vitamin E oil when I stretch! Helps with the healing process :)

so im tryna stretch from a 0 to a 00 ive had 0 for a year n some but i tried using a taper and it aint work, do u think id be damaging if i use silicone?
honestly I stopped using tapers after a 0...getchu the thicker silicone plugs & it’ll stretch it out just fine. Use vitamin E oil & do it in the shower for the least amount of discomfort x
