It’s been over a year since Graham disappeared,you did your best to help his mom through this. Even with how much it hurt you,you pushed your feelings aside for her sake,you couldn’t bother her with your problems. You did anything for her,even the smallest of things. You even tried to get a hold of him,but it was like he disappeared.

Until one day he reappeared at your door in the middle of the night. 

“Um..Hi”

“You disappeared for over a year and this is what you have to say?” You asked in a tone that said ‘are you serious right now?’ 

“Listen,I know I messed up. But I’m here to thank you for taking care of my mother,I I-”

“Just get in here” You opened the door wider to let him in. “You better have a really good reason for disappearing”

“I wish I could tell you but the last couple of months are a blur”

“How so? What do you remember?”

“I woke up in a hospital,said I got a nasty shock”

“Only if you hadn’t picked such a dangerous job”

“Yeah” He laughed. “I just wanted to thank you for everything you did and apologize for disappearing” Despite how annoyed you were at him,you still felt worried.

“It wasn’t too serious was it?”

“I don’t think so,I mean I feel perfectly fine. And I was hoping I could take you out for coffee to thank you for everything” He asked so calmly,making you flustered.
