vivian - intuitive, empathetic, especially towards nature and animals. book smart & street smart. the brutally honest friend. always baking or reading a book. sooo many stuffed animals and blankets. has a secret, hidden bug collection in a cubby she made out of a loose floorboard. has a very active imagination and always finds a way to pull together her visions. keeps jasper out of trouble (whether that be making sure he doesn't cause it, or getting him out of it when he's caught).

the story:

it's june 7th, the first day of summer, and jasper and vivian are on a bus to gravity falls. their parents decided that they should get out of california and see their great uncle in oregon. by the second day, they already know that they're in for a wild ride. there's just something about the town, the way the wind seems to whisper to you, how the ground you walk on seems to grab at your feet, trying to keep you close. you can feel yourself being watched, no matter where you are.
