Have a conversation with a homeless person, bring them lunch. Volunteer an hour somewhere, anywhere. If each of us does something good for someone else or puts the ones we help in a better position to do the same for the next person. I am here today because of the love and kindness of strangers. We can make our communities stronger and healthier just by acting in good ways wherever and whenever we can. Fastest way for me to get out of my own head is to help someone else.
