genuinely i’m tired of people shitting on ed sheeran for winning a grammy. YES i understand that all of the women in that category were robbed and i fucking whole heartedly agree.
however, y’all are acting like he shoved them off cliffs in a race up to the stage and the first person there wins.
that’s not how it works. that’s not how any of this works. the grammy academy’s members vote after nominees have been selected. as far as i know, ed sheeran isn’t on that board of voters.
so y’all are well within your rights to be pissed, i know i am. but it’s not really ed’s fault.
