Itβs important to recognize inspired talent, no matter how far off the beaten path it sits. I havenβt really kept up with the Grammys in recent years because Iβve been a little cynical in thinking that the βtypicalβ group of artists would be nominated year after year. Sadly, I think Iβm right in some aspects (and in most cases, yes, those acts are still strong)... but it feels great, every few years, to see something you resonate so strongly with receive NOT JUST ONE BUT FOUR nominations.
