These bars combine the rich flavors of peanut butter and butterscotch with the nostalgic taste of toasted marshmallows, all atop a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter. 1 cup butterscotch chips. 1/2 cup butter. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Over low heat, stir peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and butter in a saucepan until smooth. Take it off the heat and mix in the graham cracker crumbs until everything is well mixed. Put the mix in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan that has been greased. Spread the sweetened condensed milk out evenly on top of the crust. Add some small marshmallows on top. Put it in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are toasty. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars.
