The Graceway Sports Centre, Turks & Caicos Islands is looking for a Squash Pro
The responsibilities of the position are:Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organize the activity of the club.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Create adult and junior squash programs and make them grow through social matches, round-robins, ladders, tournaments and other events, structured by the level of the players.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Reach out to the residents and local community and promote the squash club
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organize the squash timetable of group sessions and social games.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain a timely and efficient communication with the club members.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Promote the Graceway Sports Centre squash courts with the local resorts and hotels.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Schedule the purchase of squash supplies and coordinate it with the General Manager.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Increase the number of members to an acceptable level (35 in the first year) and keep up their interest and returning rate.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide monthly activity reports to the management.
 The Club has 2 glass back, air conditioned courts. The Centre is a busy hub of activities with many sports and facilities however, Squash has only seen limited activity. We are hoping that a full-time pro will encourage more people to play.  The Pro should be prepared to spend a minimum of 8 months per year on the island but ideally be full time resident.

 Compensation – the Centre will arrange for the necessary annual work permit, but it will be up to the Pro to earn a salary from lesson programs, etc.
