YOU’RE WELCOME. it just straight drives me bonkers. not only am i reading what you’re writing with the emphasis of all your bolded words and CAPITAL LETTERS i can’t make heads or tails of what you’re saying because THE PURPLE PROSE MAKES NO SENSE. 

Harley didn't mind the rain. She'd been rained on quite a few times in her life, and sitting on the rooftop of the apartment building she lived in during a quiet shower was pleasant. Naturally, she'd wash off when she went back inside, but this was good at clearing her head when she had nothing else to do. Here, she looked out over the city and listened to the noises she'd grown familiar with. How nice it was to be out of Arkham, to be home, to be tranquil if only for a few minutes. To learn how to live her life differently than before. Felix would be waiting inside, surely rolling around on the floor with the dogs, but he could wait. If he got too worried, he'd come find her, and right now she was just fine with her blonde hair dripping wet, framing her face as her bright eyes searched for something...what that something was? She wasn't really sure.
