What got you into watching wrestling?

It just sort of happened back in the day! The Attitude Era of WWE (then WWF) was a worldwide phenomenon, and pretty much everyone I knew watched wrestling during that time. I was in middle school and we'd all talk about it while waiting for the doors to open. I loved the Hardy Boyz, Lita, Chyna, Mankind, Edge and Christian, and the Rock.
Then, I got into it again in 2018, thanks to my roommate Kyle. He showed me all sorts of matches from NJPW, WWE, Progress, Ring of Honor, Chikara, etc. The matches that really stuck out to me were from WWE's 205 Live, especially that Buddy Murphy/Mustafa Ali match and the insane hour long matches between Kenny Omega and his opponents. I started watching all the weekly wrestling shows, and saw my first live show in years, which was the 2018 Chikara King of Trios. I got to see Orange Cassidy back when he was Fire Ant!!

So the animal thing is actually true 😅 I was raised on a farm and I just really am that person that rescues things! Most recently it was a baby quail!
I like to think this is true! I always want our guests to *enjoy* their time in the haunt, and outside of that I only really like to be fictionally scary! Whether that be from writing horror stories or acting or playing/running ttrpgs! I think there's a lot of exploration and emotional depth that goes into fear, and it's excellent to explore; but I never wish to induce it in a harmful way! Fictional scares are meant to help us get away from, or cope with, real world scares!
