A great recipe. I struggle to get the balance right so im experimenting

Note i doubled this recipe

I substituted 1 cup of whole milk with 1/2 cup of almond milk

I used 4 egg yolks instead of 6

I overfilled each 1/4 cup of sugar

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup salted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

6 cups Rice Chex cereal

1:1 ratio of protein powder to powdered sugar

1/2 cup caramel

2 cups? chopped peanuts

mix the freshly made caramel into the chocolate mix OR drizzle on chex before or after adding the chocolate peanut butter

4 eggs slightly beaten

4 ripe bananas , mashed

1 cup oil

a little over 1/2 cup of buttermilk

2 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 cup flour

3 cups sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup chopped walnuts

mix: dry ingredients and fluids separately. blend both until flour is just mixed

3 loaf pans with oil

I modified this. I did not use apple cider. rather I used 1 cup of apple juice and the juice from the apples. I used a food processor to grind the apples and removed their juice for the caramel.

Apple juice caramel sauce topping (as substitution for streusel (make it chewy by heating to 240 degrees)):

1 1/2 cups of apple juice

1 cup brown sugar

1/8 tartar sauce

1/2 cup sugar

2 TBSP butter
