I did something today that I haven’t done in nearly half a decade. I took a day off. Like full out no 9-5, no blog work, minimal running around with Teagan, took several day naps, wasn’t really on social media DAY OFF! And let me tell you, I needed it but more importantly I DESERVED IT! The best part was that I did not feel bad about it. Not one bit. I intend on doing this at least once a quarter if not more. I have a long torso and short legs so I always gravitate towards the highest rise possible and these make my legs look miles long even in flats. ⁣This was the first time in over 7 weeks since I’ve worn any makeup at all during this lockdown . I decided to wash my hair, put some makeup on and make myself look semi- decent for a change. This was a casual upgrade from my current loungewear get up and go situation . It was a bit weird to see myself with makeup on after 2 months of going bare face everyday.
