After 4 years of calling this little corner our studio... Stella still can’t let go. Mercurial is moving West to LA this weekend. New York has been home for 7 years and without it I wouldn’t be where I am now. I went to metalsmithing school here where I learned I was a creative mind, I just needed the right medium to let it out. I met unbelievable people in my industry and had the pleasure to work with extremely talented crafts-people who shared their skills and countless years of experience with me. I am so incredibly thankful. We will miss this place painfully, but the sunshine is calling. Stella’s retirement is going to be gloriously spent sleeping on hot stones, not filthy floors. 18 Days .... it's getting super close!!! Went to see @almostchristmasmovie tonight and I couldn't help but to feel lucky knowing that(if I'm off at the right time) I'll get a chance to help my Grandma in the kitchen this holiday season. I'll probably spend most of my time watching but I'm glad to be there with the love and the fragrance of meals made with care.
