Young Garrosh Hellscream part of a band with his highschool mates Jorin Deadeye and Dranosh Saurfang. Punk metal... lots of screaming.
A younger Golka, mate of Grommash Hellscream. This was from a family photo in an album Golmash holds on to.

Garrosh, Son of Golka
Alright, now consider this AU:
Everything is the same. Golka is wounded in battle, and asks her mate, Grom for a mercy kill. In turn, Grom leaves her in disgust, with the rest of the other "weak" clan members for dead.
Except Golka doesn't die.
Golka lay on the ground, bleeding out, waiting for death to come to her. The battle had died down, and so did the lives of many brave warriors. She lay there, and everything was silent. She was weak, but that was merely the description of her current state. As a person -- no, as an orc -- She was strong. She was worthy of life, and despite the pain, she would arise again.
This wolf still has teeth.
Fueled by rage by having been degraded and abandoned by her mate, Golka forced herself on her feet, and dragged herself to safety. Still weary from the battle, she could only go so far, but is eventually found by a group of shaman who then take her in.
She eventually makes a full recovery, and months later, gives birth to a boy, that of whom would be known as Garrosh.
Garrosh is raised separate from his father, and sans the name of Hellscream. Golka teaches him how to be a warrior, and learns what it means to be true to your people, and basically how to Not Be Dad. Having also been separated from the Warsong Clan, Garrosh is raised with, say perhaps the Frostwolves or maybe the Blackrocks. That is still debatable, and can be changed later on, as I haven't quite decided on it yet.
Fast forward again, and now, the events of early WoD take place. Golka takes notice of the rise of the Iron Horde, and refuses to allow her son into such a group, especially when said group is led by Grom himself. Golka, however, feels the need to investigate this new war for herself, and so, she leaves, telling Garrosh she would return shortly, and for him to wait for her there in Nagrand.
Unfortunately, she never does.
Now left to fend for himself, bewildered and filled with grief, Garrosh sets out to find his own destiny, seeking answers to who he is as an orc, and eventually finds himself head on against the people of Azeroth and the Iron Horde. Do bear in mind that within this time span, Garrosh would be somewhere around 14-17 years old. Smol orc.
TL;DR // Golka lives, and raises Garrosh on her own. There is an alternative Garrosh living on Draenor as a teenager, and is certainly Not the Garrosh we know from our timeline.
“Whether or not you trust me, child, is your own choice...But I will not leave you for dead.”
Because the coincidence of Golka taking in Akio after his parents’ deaths (without any idea of who they were) is just too much for me.
