Golf Swing Studio Comes To CMGC.
So I guess now the secret is out and somehow I have managed to keep this project under wraps which in a small town like Cleobury keeping things quiet is very difficult! It was however a project I had been thinking about for awhile and I feel it has huge benefits for the club. Since Cleobury opened back in 1993 it has always prided itself on being a forward thinking golf club, and this venture is just the next stage in its growth. As mentioned I have been working on this for quite some time now but have kept it under wraps as I felt it was important to launch the project when the timing was perfect.
Firstly I would like to thank Graham and Robert for your trust and support in me and giving me free reign with the project. Secondly I would like to thank Tom for all his hard work and commitment in making this happen. Like all brothers we argue but having someone of Toms skills in design and organisation has made this so much easier!
So, finally - the bit you have all been waiting for……Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club's very first golf Swing Studio, using the latest Sky Trak technology to enable simulation play. You may have seen, or even used one of these before, but this one offers…
Practice routines, skills testing’s gapping and to play some of the worlds best golf courses including St Andrews and Congressional. I have set this up as I wanted to provide an area for winter coaching but additionally to enhance the facilities of the club as a whole, and has been a significant investment by myself as we look toward the future of CMGC.
This has been designed in a very unique way that it completly folds away, so the dance floor will stay in tack! The screen is 20% bigger than most studios as I said I wanted the biggest possible!
So on that note, I want to thank you once again for your support throughout the last year and now announce the swing studio officially open.
