It’s a sad thing, that my mother-in-law, Dolores, is dying from lung cancer in the Philippines at the same time that my mother, Christine, is undergoing chemotherapy fpr exactly the same thing here in Australia.
Neither women have met, or even been in the same country together, and they don’t even speak the same language!
It’s one of life’s ironies that they should suffer and possibly die the same way.
We are trying to raise the money to get Dolores into a hospice for her last days, as the family have little money, living in rural Philippines.
