[Sort of just them reacting to being around kids. Nothing really to tag other than Lupin being Lupin.]
Lupin- He’s actually pretty good with kids. It’s not like he would ever want to be the primary babysitter, but still doesn’t dread interacting with them. He’ll use his sleight of hand to do magic tricks for them (think the scene from Castle Cagliostro). If you’re a bit nervous about him being there at first, he’ll be sure not to cross boundaries, but joke it off by saying, “I know that, ‘stealing candy from a baby,’ is a common saying; but, you don’t think I’d actually do that, do you?”
Will absolutely try to use this situation to flirt with you by using the kids to hand you clover bouquets. “Do you ever want to have your own kids someday?” He’d ask when you two were finally alone. It seems like a genuine question, however it’s quickly followed by him asking, “How ‘bout having my kids someday?” It doesn’t matter if you can have kids or not; he knows you got what he was getting at.
Jigen- Nooooooooo, thank you! He won’t be awful to them or anything. He won’t be getting close to them willingly either. Especially, really young kids. Still, he’s so mysterious that they can’t help but be fascinated.
“Mister, it’s cold. Can I use your jacket?” “No, you already have a jacket.”
“That’s a pretty watch! Can I see it?” “It’s pretty ‘cus it’s expensive. So, no.”
“What’s in your mouth? A snack? Can you share?” “It’s a cigarette. Now, scoot before we both get in trouble.”
“Mister, do you ever take off your hat? Is it stuck?” “Don’t you kids ever run out of stupid questions?”
You have a great time teasing him about it too. When he starts to get on your nerves about something you threaten to send a toddler to sneeze on him. He’ll huff, roll his eyes, and tell you to not even think about it. But, seriously though, don’t. He really doesn’t know what to do around kids.
Goemon- While not as against kids as Jigen, still wouldn’t prefer to have much interactions with them. Honestly, he takes things so seriously that he struggles to understand how kids work. “I was told that this was a dinosaur. Clearly this toy is a crocodile,” He’d look at you for an explanation. “Well, yeah, but it’s larger than the other toys, so I guess that makes it a dinosaur for this game,” you offer. “Then it is a large crocodile, and still not a dinosaur.” He is still perplexed.
Will watch them running circles around the room after he tried to get them to meditate (for their benefit and not at all because he was wanting things to quiet down) and say, “These children lack mental discipline.” You look at him and laugh, “Well, they are five.” Goemon will try to correct you, “I was able to handle meditation for many hours at that age.” Even with how disciplined he is, you were certain that he was being hyperbolic. “Yeah, of course you were like that as a kid,” you teased. Goemon narrowed his eyes at you and huffed, “What’s that supposed to mean?”
Fujiko- She also isn't great with kids. But, you know what she is good at? Bribes. She would constantly be handing the snacks or little candies in her mind to get them to be quiet or distract them from whatever she's doing.
This ends up having the opposite effect and she becomes cool Aunt Fujiko that gives them treats. It's just a second of her time, but it sticks with the kids. "Why do they keep coming back over here?" She asks. "Because you keep giving them stuff," you laugh.
Zenigata- He will think he's bad with kids, but is actually pretty good with them. He's just not really had many interactions with any, so he's a bit stumped and a little nervous about the idea. You need to remind him that he's just talking to them in a casual setting and not doing a school presentation or something.
Once he loosens up a bit, they all love him. He'll do stuff like help them reach things, or even pick them up so they can grab it themselves. Does have the bad habit of trying to turn everything into a lesson.
"Hey, mister! You ever play Cops and Robbers?"
"More times than you can count! But, make sure you only pretend to be a thief; criminals will always get caught... eventually ... hopefully..."

Imagine reader is part of lupin's gang (their a hacker but also help with gadgets and weapons). Reader is a little bit nerdy due to them being serialy online and one day they make the ultimate slip up and accidently calls Goemon, Garurumon. Cue apologies and slight embarrassment from reader while the rest of the gang especially Goemon are just confused. However Lupin never the one to pass up the opportunity to tease dose his research and process mess with them at every opportunity. And the next time they need code names you can guess what goemon's is.
I decided to give a small break from the angst. I may have a deep passion for angst, but I will admit that my heart yearns for tooth rotting fluff (you will understand this pun after you read this one-shot ;)).
As for the Jigen short story, I will continue it as soon as I can. I have so many ideas on how I want that story to go that I am still deciding.
For now have some Goemon content. <3
You didn't think that living with Goemon would be so tranquil and quiet. The first few weeks you have started dating the samurai, he had insisted you to move in with him. You expressed to him that he was moving too quickly, but he had assured you it was for your safety and to be able to protect you.
Your heart skipped a beat. Goemon was never one to voice his emotions so openly. If he was saying this, it meant he had spent time considering it. Still, the idea of suddenly living with him—sharing space with someone so private and disciplined—made you hesitate.
But when you met his gaze, filled with quiet sincerity, you sighed and gave in.
The journey to his hideaway was silent, but the tension that had been in his shoulders seemed to ease. When you arrived, you took in the sight of his secluded home, nestled deep within the forest. The wooden structure was modest, surrounded by nature, the sound of a nearby stream adding a sense of peace.
You stated that his little house was cute, which resulted him in correcting you that it was called a Kominka. You stepped inside, immediately noticing the near-emptiness of the space. Besides a futon, a low wooden table, and a few necessary items, the place was barren. Shelves lined the walls, holding only the essentials—no unnecessary clutter, no personal mementos. The air inside carried the scent of wood and faint traces of incense, but there was no warmth, no sign of a personal touch.
You wrapped your arms around yourself, shifting uncomfortably. “It’s… very minimalistic,” you said carefully.
Goemon glanced at you, immediately picking up on your unease. He hesitated for a moment before speaking. “If you’d like… you can adjust it to your liking.”
You turned to face him fully, eyes widening in surprise. “Are you sure? I don’t want to intrude.”
He held your gaze, his expression unreadable but steady. “I trust you.”
Those three words melted your heart. Goemon wasn’t just inviting you into his home—he was inviting you into his life, allowing you to change something that had always been his sanctuary.
With care, you decorated the kominka, blending your tastes with his. You made sure not to overwhelm the traditional beauty of the place, just enough to make it feel like a home for the both of you.
Two months had passed and you sat on your small couch, staring blankly at the tall dark trees shown on the window. The trees swayed ever so slightly at the direction of the summer wind. The sky was lit up by a bunch of stars and the moon hovered in between the sky.
You rose with a huff, your feet pattering against the wooden floor to the pantry. You were in search for something sweet to lift your spirits, but the thought of baking felt exhausting. You searched through the shelves until your eyes landed on a bag of marshmallows. A triumphant smile spread across your face as you found a box of graham crackers to accompany them. The idea stuck suddenly.
S’mores.
The simple thought sparked a flicker of excitement. Gathering all the necessary items, you stepped outside the front sliding door. The cool night air brushed against your skin. You walked a few spaces ahead of the kominka, making sure there was enough room to start a small fire. You began to set up a small fire pit, stacking wood that you found nearby. You light up a piece of paper, throwing at the small pit. The fire started increasing in size, casting a warm golden glow around you and dancing shadows that seem to come alive among the trees.
You sat down on a log in front of the fire. As you skewered a marshmallow onto a stick, a rustling sound near some bushes had caught your attention. You froze in place like a deer in the headlights. You could feel your heart pounding through your chest. Something was coming closer. Was it an animal perhaps?
The rustling from the shadows seemed to grow louder, making the hairs on your arms rise. You grabbed a nearby rock, your instincts fueled by a mix of fear and determination. You held your breath. Once the figure emerged out of the shadows, you hurled the rock towards the direction.
Before the rock could land, a flash of silver sliced through the air—the rock split clean in half. The sharp clang echoed, startling you. Both pieces falling to the floor with a small thud.
From the shadowy foliage emerged a man with an air of calm authority, dressed in traditional Japanese attire, his Zantetsuken gleaming faintly in the firelight, reflecting a sharp glint that mirrored the intensity in his eyes.
“You shouldn’t be outside this late,” Goemon said, sheathing his Zantetsuken. His voice low and steady, carrying an undercurrent of both warning and reassurance.
You let out a sigh of relief, placing a hand on your chest as you tried to relax. “Christ, you scared me!”
Goemon walked over to you. His posture was relaxed yet alert, as if he were both part of the forest and apart from it. An ancient guardian hidden within the modern world. “You are risking yourself being outside all by yourself.”
“You act like I need protecting. I can handle myself, you know.” You smiled, placing your free hand on your hip. The other hand waving around the skewered marshmallow as you spoke.
He exhaled slowly as he stepped closer to you. His gaze drifted to the darkened forest beyond the fire’s glow. “You don’t know what lurks in the shadows. Dangers aren’t always loud and obvious. Sometimes, they wait quietly, watching.”
You arched an eyebrow. “You’re making it sound like some horror story. Goemon, I promise I am fine.”
His jaw tightened slightly, his eyes sharp yet unreadable. “You trust too easily. That’s not always a strength.”
You tilted your head. “And you don’t trust at all. That’s not always a strength either.”
A flicker of something passed through his expression before he sighed, standing in front of you. He placed a hand on your face, his thumb rubbing against your skin delicately. “I just need to make sure you to be safe.”
Your teasing expression softened. You removed your hand from your hip and placed it over his. “You don’t always have to be the protector. I promise I am fine. ”
The white bag of marshmallows had caught his attention from the corner of his eyes. He turned his head to look around your surroundings and the stick you were holding with your other hand. His hand falling to his side. “What is all this?”
“I’m making s’mores. Would you like one?” You said as you sat down on the log.
“S’mores?” Goemon sat beside you, his brows furrowed slightly. You gave him the exact same confused look as you tilted your head. There was a pause, until it clicked in your head. You gasped in realization.
“Oh my God, you poor, deprived soul.” You handed him your stick. You grabbed another marshmallow, sticking it onto a nearby stick. “Here, I’ll show you how to make one.”
He looked down at your skewered marshmallow. “That stick isn’t very sanitary.”
You rolled your eyes and smiled. You hovered the marshmallow over the tip of the fire. “Just trust me. Hold it over the fire like this.”
He copied your movements precisely, watching the marshmallow turn golden brown. “It changes quickly.”
“That’s the magic,” you said with a grin. You took the roasted marshmallow and quickly sandwiched it between the graham crackers and chocolate before holding it up for him. “Try it.”
Goemon hesitated before reaching out, his fingers brushing yours as he took the s’more from your grasp. With the opposite hand, you took his stick from his hand. He studied the s'more for a second, his expression unreadable, then took a careful bite. His brows lifted slightly in surprise before he nodded. "It is good. May I have another?"
You laughed, enjoying the rare moment of delight on his face. "Of course." You reached for another marshmallow, but this time, you made a show of carefully skewering it before handing it to him. "Here, now you try making one."
Goemon accepted the stick, his movements deliberate as he mimicked your technique. You leaned in slightly, watching the way his fingers adjusted the marshmallow’s position, his precision unwavering. The firelight danced across his sharp features, casting a soft glow over his face.
As he roasted the marshmallow, you found yourself staring at Goemon—not paying attention of his actions anymore . The way the firelight flickered across his features made him look almost ethereal—his sharp jawline, the way his eyes reflected the glow, the way his raven hair fell perfectly over his features, the rare calm that settled over him. There was something about this moment that made you want to memorize every detail.
"You’re staring," Goemon said, his voice even, his gaze still on the fire. He didn’t turn his head, but there was the faintest hint of amusement in his tone.
You blinked but didn’t look away. Your cheeks flushed, but you weren't embarrassed. Instead, a small, warm smile spread across your face. "I am just… happy."
He finally glanced at you, the flickering light illuminating his features even more. His expression softened, something unspoken passing between them. He didn’t press you for more. Instead, he simply nodded.
"I’ve missed you," he admitted. "Nights like these. Just… being along your side."
Your hands paused as you placed the marshmallow on a stick. "Me too."
He looked at you then, his gaze steady and searching. "Do you ever wish for something more? Beyond this?"
You took a deep breath, choosing your words carefully. "Sometimes. But then I realize—it’s not about where I am. It’s about who I’m with."
Something in his expression shifted. He reached for a graham cracker, but his hand brushed yours in the process. He didn’t pull away, and neither did you.
"If I ever stopped wandering," he said quietly, "I think I’d like it to be somewhere like this."
You smiled, feeling warmth spread through you that had nothing to do with the fire. "Then I’ll make sure to always have s’mores ready."
A rare chuckle escaped him. "A fair bargain."
The fire crackled between you, but you barely noticed. You could get used to this—nights like this, sharing quiet moments with him, with no need for words to say what was already understood.

✎ 908 Words
The night was cold, the safehouse colder, and Goemon Ishikawa XIII—the coldest of them all.
Eris huddled deeper into her oversized purple cloak, shivering with an exaggerated flair that would’ve made a theater crowd applaud. Across the room, Goemon sat perfectly composed by the fire, posture crisp, arms crossed, his katana resting loyally at his side. He looked like a statue carved from silence and discipline—completely unmoved by human suffering. Or, more specifically, hers.
She scowled in his direction. “Are you seriously not going to offer to cuddle me?”
Scooting a few inches closer, she pouted dramatically. “It’s freezing. I’m going to die. Of hypothermia. Then I’ll haunt you. Every time you meditate, I’ll whisper ‘Goeeemonnn… I’m colddd~’ right in your ear.”
Without even looking her way, he responded flatly, “You are wearing three layers and a scarf.”
“Yeah, but emotionally?” She clutched her cloak tighter. “I’m bare.”
He blinked. Slowly. As if he was trying to decipher a foreign language he hadn’t studied in years. “I fail to see how—”
“You fail to see a lot of things,” she huffed, turning her back with a dramatic toss of her hair. “Like how desperately I crave affection from my emotionally constipated crush.”
Still silence.
Not even a flicker of acknowledgment.
Eris peeked over her shoulder. Still nothing. Not even a twitch. Fine. Time to go nuclear.
She sniffled. Loudly.
Then again.
Goemon’s eyebrow twitched.
She pressed her palms to her face and let out the tiniest sob. “I knew it,” she whispered, voice cracking. “You think I’m ugly.”
Goemon finally turned his head. “What?”
“It’s okay,” she sniffled. “You don’t have to say it. I mean, why else wouldn’t you want to cuddle me? Everyone cuddles the pretty girls. I’ve seen it. It’s like… science or something.”
“I never said you were—”
“It’s fine!” she wailed, flopping onto her side like a Victorian heroine fading from heartbreak. “I’ll just lie here, unwanted, unheld, unloved… like a tragic figure in a sad French film!”
He was beside her in an instant.
“Stop crying,” Goemon said, his voice stiff as he knelt awkwardly beside her, unsure where to put his hands. “I do not think you are ugly.”
“Then prove it!” she sniffled again, looking up at him with wide, watery eyes.
His jaw flexed. “How?”
She lifted her arms with slow, tragic flair. “Cuddle me, Goemon. Cuddle me like you mean it.”
A long, pained pause.
Then, with the hesitance of a man preparing for a firing squad, Goemon lay down beside her. His body was stiff, his movements awkward—clearly, this was not his natural battlefield.
Eris, however, had no such hang-ups. She curled into him like it was her destiny, flinging an arm around his waist and letting out a victorious sigh into his chest. “There we go,” she whispered smugly. “See? Doesn’t that feel better than glaring at me from across the room like a disapproving monk?”
He was quiet for a long beat, arms hovering like he wasn’t sure they were allowed to touch her. But finally, with a deep exhale, he rested them gently around her.
“…You are absurd.”
“But cuddly,” she grinned into his chest. “Admit it.”
“…Tolerable.”
She gasped. “That’s basically a love confession coming from you.”
“Do not push it.”
But she didn’t need to. Because she was already smiling.
Mission: Accomplished.
————————————————————————
Later that night, the safehouse was still and quiet. Too quiet.
Eris sprawled lazily across the couch in the living room, flipping through a fashion magazine with zero interest in the content. Her real focus was the doorway.
And right on cue, like a broody samurai summoned by dramatic silence, Goemon appeared. His arms were tucked in his sleeves, his expression unreadable, gaze fixed anywhere but on her.
“…Evening,” he said stiffly.
“Hey, handsome.” She stretched out across the cushions, looking as cozy and inviting as she could. “Need something?”
A beat passed.
“You are… often cold at night,” he said slowly.
She blinked. “Uh. Sometimes?”
He stepped further into the room, voice stilted and robotic. “There are… efficient methods to combat that. Ones tested over time. Through necessity.”
“Go on…” she said, barely hiding her grin.
“For instance…” He cleared his throat. “One might share body heat. With… someone nearby.”
She nearly burst out laughing. “Nearby like… me?”
Goemon’s ears were visibly red now. “I am merely stating a possibility.”
“Mmhmm.” She snapped the magazine shut. “So… you’re saying you want to cuddle?”
“That word is childish.”
“Okay, okay,” she teased, crossing her arms. “Would you like to engage in strategic warmth-sharing with an emotionally unbalanced woman again?”
His pause was long, but not endless.
“…If it is efficient.”
Eris opened her arms with a smug smile. “Come here, samurai heater.”
He moved toward her slowly, like approaching a wild animal. But the second she nestled against him, curling up just like before, he let out a soft breath and relaxed into the couch.
“You’re such a bad liar,” she murmured.
“I do not lie,” he muttered, wrapping one arm around her without hesitation this time.
“Then admit it.”
“Admit what?”
“That you like cuddling me.”
Another pause.
“…It is not… unpleasant.”
Eris smirked. “I’ll take it.”
And as they sat there, wrapped in silence and each other, the great Goemon Ishikawa XIII leaned his head against hers and, for the first time in a long while, hoped she’d never stop asking.
I wonder how the gang would react to walking in on the reader while they're in the shower/bath...
Hello! Thank you for the ask, I apologize this took me so long to get to. Also I hope this isn't too out of character. Enjoy!
Lupin:
Lupin is either intentionally walking in on you or is doing it by complete accident
If he walks in on purpose, it's obvious that's what he's doing. He'll wiggle his eyebrows at you, asking if he can join you.
If you immediately set the boundary with him that you're not comfortable with that, he'll take an immediate step back. He's a perv, but he's also a gentleman and respects your bodily autonomy.
If he walks in on you and it's by accident, he's most likely actually not paying that much attention.
It'll take Lupin to realize where he is and where you are for it to click. He is just surprised at first, before he sends a flirt your way.
If you shoo him away, he'll leave with an apology for walking in, but not for the view.
If you invite him to join you he's either falling flat on his face in surprise, or is scratching the back of his neck nervously.
He weighs his options before joining you in the shower or the bath:
if Pre-relationship:
Lupin might decline if he's still caught up with Fujiko, he will still be loyal to his current partner.
If Lupin isn't actively pursuing Fujiko, then he's more likely to join you, sending flirtations your way, testing the waters.
If you're in a relationship, Lupin will never hesitate to join you when you ask.
Jigen:
Jigen is not going to intentionally walk in on you if you're in the bathroom.
He'll fight you for the use of the bathroom before he walks in on purpose.
This man is going to walk in on you totally unintentionally and he's going to be surprised.
Hat falling back, eyes flashing and widening- surprised.
Jigen's face will flush and he'll pull his hat low over his eyes, trying to hide his red cheeks at the sight of you.
He leaves, muttering a curse under his breath, followed by a more audible, "sorry"
Pre-relationship Jigen will avoid eye contact after the incident, having his hat pulled down slightly more.
In a relationship, Jigen will comment on the beautiful view before leaving, holding it over your head later in the day, a flirtation.
Jigen is less likely to join you in the bath or shower, finding an excuse to not join you. Sometimes he will join you generally with a "what the hell," preceding it.
Goemon:
Goemon will be the one to walk in on you completely by accident.
He is the most respectful of your space.
He will go extremely red upon realizing what he's done. He's squeezing his eyes shut and bowing deeply as he apologizes, to show how profusely sorry he is for walking in on you.
Goemon cannot look you in the eye for a while after that; and everytime you're near him or are mentioned to him, he's blushing again, looking away from you shly.
If Pre-relationship then Goemon is even more sorry for walking in on you. If you ask him to join you he might short circuit out of embarrassment and being flustered. If he thinks that you're joking then he'll say something sarcastic and witty back at you, deflecting the embarrassing moment away.
If you're in a relationship, Goemon will join you depending on his mood. 50-50 chance he joins.

Disclaimer: I am not a writer by any means but I've recently wanted to put some of my ideas out there for fun. I do have some ideas for a second part to this so please let me know if that's something you'd like to see.
Content contains: No y/n, some pet names, reader takes medication, SFW, established relationship (I'm still new to this so please warn me if there is anything I missed)
Reader: Plus-sized, insomniac, female, insecure
Edit: I’m a dumbass. I kept forgetting that it’s in 2nd-person so I kept saying I. I’ve edited now but if I forgot to change any other “I”s to “you”s sorry
_______________________________________________
You couldn’t sleep well last night so Goemon let you tag along with him to meditate. You two had been together for quite some time now but he still liked to train and meditate alone. You respected that, so you were all the more grateful that he let you join him today. He insisted that mediating underneath a waterfall would help you relax and hopefully allow you to sleep better that night. You tried to tell him that it was okay and that you could stay behind, but he convinced me. It sounded nice: the rushing water gently massaging all the knots and bunched up nerves on your body, but you still weren’t used to having your boyfriend see your exposed skin. Your worries were assuaged when you brought up this concern with him and he stated in a straightforward tone (while blushing) that you had nothing to fear. He just wanted you to feel better and that your body is only a vessel for your soul, but it’s a vessel that he would cherish nonetheless. Or something like that. That boy talks in riddles and you liked to think that you’ve gotten better at understanding him.
Upon arriving at the majestic scene of the cascading water, your anxiety returned. You watched him gracefully undress himself and fold his clothes meticulously. You’ve seen him in just his fundoshi before, but no matter how many times you do, it never fails to turn your cheeks as red as a beet. He was gorgeous. He wasn’t exactly muscular like a gym bro, but he was lean and fit. That didn’t matter to you as much as all the scars that adorned his body. There was something about them that mesmerized you. Sure enough, they casted their spell on you and before you realized it, you walked up to him and started caressing a few of them. He turns to look at you and you quickly remove your hands from him.
“I’m so sorry. You’re just so enchanting, Gogo.” You look down in shame.
“Me? No, my beautiful flower, you are”, he places a hand on your cheek and kisses your forehead. “Come now. Let’s get you ready for the meditation. Here, let me help you.”
He helps you out of your tank top and shorts and now it’s his turn to stare at you in awe. You were wearing a bikini, something you rarely ever wore until the day you and the Lupin family had gone to the beach after a successful heist.
Fujiko saw you wearing an old t-shirt and shorts and immediately dragged you onto her motorcycle. She took you to the nearest clothing store and had you pick out proper swimwear. Fujicakes bought you the one you liked best but only if you promised her that you wouldn’t be a chicken and finally ask out Goemon because she knew he wouldn’t be the one to make the move first. It had something to do with his “samurai honor” or whatever. You complied with her condition and on that very same day, you confessed your feelings for him. Despite your insecurities with your body and not being as tall or thin as the femme fatale, Fujiko Mine, both her and Goemon didn’t care. She was your friend, and he didn’t see you as anything less due to your weight. He loved you back, not only because of your kind heart but because he genuinely thought you were physically beautiful.
You still didn’t really believe it at times. How could someone like him fall for someone like you, after all? But all of your insecurities went away whenever he kissed you like he did now. It’s not that you needed him to give you worth. You knew that your weight and height had nothing to do with who you really were, it’s just some days were harder on your brain than others. You learned through Fujiko that you didn’t need a man to make you feel validated but she also hyped you up and gave you some surprisingly decent advice on how to navigate a relationship. She reminded you though that even though she helped you, you were still the one that did most of the work.
And now, you were here at a lovely hidden waterfall with him as your lover. He places a kiss on your hand and then leads you to where you’ll be sitting. Before you sat down, you reached your hand to feel the water.
“DAMMIT GOEMON IT’S FREEZING! How do you stay under here for so long anyway?”
“Clear your mind and even cold can become warm. If you can surpass that obstacle you will be rewarded with the release of the tension in your muscles. It’ll be okay. Don’t forget, I’m here with you.”
Hesitantly, you walk in trying to breathe through the initial sting of the icy feeling of the water, which you soon grew used to. You sat down with your legs crossed still holding onto his hand. As he promised, the water hit all of the spots on your body that held the most tension and it didn’t feel so cold anymore. It truly felt as if all your worries and woes were being washed away to the river in front of you.
“Breathe with me”, he instructed and you did as he said. Your mind was usually racing a million miles per second but for the first time in your life, it was quiet. It felt weird at first but you soon eased into it and all you wanted was to stay here in this moment forever with the love of your life. However, about 15-minutes in (which was more than you thought you would last), you began to grow restless. Goemon notices some movement and opens one eye to see your bouncing your leg. “Are you okay?” he questions.
“Yeah sorry, I’m just not used to sitting still for this long. Is it disturbing you?”
“No, no. I was more worried about you. I thought maybe your anxiety was coming back. Here. Sit in my lap. Maybe that will relax you again,” he suggests with a blush.
I crawl over to where he is and position myself in his lap with my back to him and my legs crossed on top of him. “Am I too heavy?” you ask.
“Darling,” he grabs a hold of both of your hands and rests them on your lap,”I’ve carried boulders that are way heavier than you. You are but a feather in my grasp.”
You squeeze his hand, “I know but let me know if the position gets to uncomfortable, like if you need to shift or extend your legs or something”
“I assure you that I will. Now close your eyes, relax, and breathe with me again.”
This time you can feel his chest rising up and down and your focus shifts to the sensation. You feel protected wrapped in his arms and warm despite the cold water enveloping your skin. You feel at ease and don’t even realize that sleep had at long last welcomed you with open arms. Usually, you had to consume a myriad of different medications prescribed to you to be able to get a few hours of sleep if you were lucky, but this was the first time you fell asleep naturally in a very long time. When you woke up, you were wrapped in a towel and layed down on a futon next to the fireplace in the living room of the gang’s hideout. You looked outside the window and noticed it was still daytime. Maybe you just took a nap for an hour and Goemon decided to finish meditating before you woke up. You sit up and rub your eyes. Just then, Lupin and Jigen walk by.
“Good morning sleepy-head! How is our dear sweetheart feeling today?” he asked with a smile.
“I feel great actually. I feel like I just had the best nap of my life,” you say with a chuckle.
“Nap?” Jigen laughs. “You slept through the whole day! You were knocked out. We were worried you’d gone and turned into sleeping beauty or something.”
“If you did, though. I would’ve given you the true love’s kiss that would wake y- AH! OK, OK, I’LL SHUT UP” Lupin is interrupt by Jigen stepping on his foot.
“Yeah, you’d better. You know if Goemon heard you, he’d slice you into sashimi” Jigen reminds him.
“Yeah, yeah, I know. It’s just a shame that a beautiful lady’s been taken, but I know I gotta respect my friend. And you, too, dear for that matter. Say, are ya hungry? I made breakfast. Everyone’s already eaten so help yourself to whatever you’d like, OH! And I made the eggs just the way you like them,” Lupin flashes a big smile.
“Thanks, Lup. I know it’s gonna be really yummy.” You scan the room for any sign of my sweetheart. Where’s Gogo?” You ask while getting up.
“He’s out training at his usual spot, but promise me you’ll eat first. You two lovebirds can smooch it up later,” Lupin informs you while wiggling his eyebrows.
“Shut up, we’re not like you and Fuji,” you tease him while throwing a pillow at him.
“Oh but I bet you will be later,” he says in a sing-song voice. “Jigen, Fujicakes, and I are off to meet an old friend. Goemon doesn’t know them, so he’s staying, and I bet that means you will, too. Especially since you’ll have plenty of time to get frisky and maybe- OW! THE HELL YOU GUYS. WHY AM I GETTING BEAT UP SO MUCH AND ON MY DAY OFF TOO!”
You and Jigen laugh together after he punched him and you threw another pillow except this one was as soft as the first one.
“It’s cause you’re gross and even if that was true, it’s none of your damn business, ya filthy fool!” You go up to him and ruffle his hair. Before you go into the kitchen, you turn around to face Lupin. “But I know you and Fujiko aren’t gonna stop until you pry the nitty-gritty details from me. Bring me one of those chocolate-matcha flan cakes from that one fancy bakery on your way back and maybe I’ll talk.”
“Deal! Well Jigen, let’s go before it gets late. Catch ya later, love!”
“See ya!” Jigen says while grabbing his hat.
“Take care you two. And say hi to Fuji for me!” You wave them goodbye and step into the kitchen for breakfast.
Hey, I don’t know if you’re still doing this but could I possibly get a reaction to how the Lupin Gang would deal with a crush who joined the gang recently who is small and petite in typical situations. Like the first time they really notice how small, crush was handcuffed to something, they were just sitting there politely not trying to escape, next moment they have no handcuffs and escaped. Their hands slipped right through the handcuffs even on smallest level. If someone asks about that “Did you lock pick?” Crush is like “no. I’m very small” while holding their hand up to emphasise what they mean. They can fit through spaces the men (and Fujiko) can’t get through (can fit through jail cell bars and through holes in walls) ? Flip side: they can’t reach the ceiling or the top shelf. Needs step ladder.?
SLIPPERY SITUATIONS --- Lupin gang
SUMMARY: Drabbles on how the gang would react to small crush
NOTES: This took me such and awfully long time and I apologize.

Lupin III
The darkness in the small room makes it hard to know where anything is, all you know is your stuck in a crate with Lupin and handcuffed the the wall. The way the metal tugs against your skin rubs your skin raw and red making it hard to adjust any.
"What a chance this must be to be locked here with you." He says with a smile pulling at his lips. Scoffing you push against your thumb with your other hand. "Sure. You're just horny." You claim. He blinks at you before sighing quiet and extending his legs. The room is so small that his feet touch the wall on either side of you. Annoyed, you grunt. A small pop filters through the air and your cuffs clatter to the floor.
Lupin's eyes widen at the sound of your cuffs hitting the floor. Taking your hands from behind you and sitting up you climb into Lupin's lap and begin working away at his cuffs. Your hot breath fans his face as you lean over to get a closer look. "Did you pick the lock?" He questions as he tries to hold his breath to keep his heart beat in check. You hum under your breath.
"No, I didn't." Hearing you say that, Lupin's eyes widen. "Seriously?" He asks.
You nod. The tight sharp feeling on his wrist suddenly falls to the side, cuffs clattering to the floor. A grin tugs at his lips. "I dislocated my thumb and slipped out." You admitted as you say back to find a way out. Just before you could pull any farther away from him Lupin pulls you back by your hips. "You'll have to show me sometime."
Heat blooms across your face in embarrassment. Lifting your hand you slap him before swatting his hands off of you. "Hush slut puppy."
JIGEN
The house is unusually quiet, it's just Jigen, Goemon, and you. Lupin left hours ago to do something, which left the three of you to yourselves for now. With this moment of relaxation, Jigen took the opportunity to lean back in bed and open up a good book. He never gets the opportunity to really sit back and enjoy the moment when lupin's around, he gets to finally let his restless leg relax while he lets his mind wander. He savors moments like these though he never truly relaxes he does get to breathe.
Although Jigen isn't usually the jumpy type, his name being called loudly from somewhere in the house makes him jolt in surprise. It sounded like you, the one person he tried to avoid. He had nothing against you, no. It's just hard for him to function when your around, you make him flustered.
"Yeah?" He sits up calling back out to you and setting his book to the side. He can feel his heart pounding in his chest just hearing your voice. "Can you come here real quick please?" You call back.
Jigen grumbles quietly to himself as he scoots off the bed leaving his book behind and strides into the livingroom. There in direct sight of him, is you standing on a step ladder stretching to reach a box of cereal on the top shelf. He can feel his pride swell in his chest as he sighs, looking down to try and hide his obvious smile. "Need help?" He asks and walks up to you with his hands in his pockets.
You stop trying to reach the box and look down at him with a nod. He finally looks at you from underneath the brim of his hat and lifts his hand to you. "Why don't you step down first?" He offers. You blush at his offer, softly taking his calloused hand into your own and gently stepping off the ladder. Once your off his hand slips from yours and he moves forward grabbing the box with ease. As he turns to hand you the box you smile brightly, he can't help the warm feeling the spreads all over his skin at the sight of your smile.
"Thank you." Stepping forward you lean up onto your tip toes and place a soft kiss on his cheek before walking towards the cabinets. Jigen could have swore he felt his heart stop the moment your skin touched his.
GOEMON
After a long planning period, Lupin decided to use you and Goemon as bait for the cops. Very sadly it worked. Thankfully the others got away without issues but here you say next to the long haired samurai with your back against the cold cement wall. Neither of you spoke for hours, just basking in the silence. This wasn't his or your first time in jail, as a matter of fact you got arrested a lot. This was normal. What wasn't normal was being picked up together.
Goemon wasn't particularly interested in what you were doing, which was pacing the cell and stopping every so often in front of the bars. But something in the way you were eyeing it was irking him, so he watched you.
After a few moments your hands met the cold metal and your turned to the side, slipping right to the outside. Goemon could feel his mouth fall agape. Involuntarily standing he moved towars the bars where he quietly watched you slip away. For a moment he thought you would leave him there before he saw you round the corner with keys in hand.
"You look like you saw a ghost? You okay Goemon?" You ask as you unlink the door you slide it open. Closing his mouth properly he shakes his head and looks away. It seems he doesn't want to say anything.
FUJIKO
Fujiko isn't very surprised that you can squeeze into small spaces and slip from handcuffs, she can too. But what surprised her the most wasn't you're intellect, or your patience, it was your determination to pursue the finished product. You never left without giving something a shot. The most surprised she had ever been was the day you got locked inside of a falled down home.
She and you were trapped in the basement of a collapsed home, of course neither were injured but no one else knew of your predicament. She and you were utterly alone. Sadly without the right equipment the debris couldn't be moved, and you couldn't even get that without a call for help.
She had decided that he's wasn't going to try and escape, claiming that quote "At least I'm dying with the face of someone undeniably gorgeous." Your heart fluttered at her words as she was beautiful herself but you still looked for a way out. There had to be a way. Before the collapse you remember seeing very small windows at the top of the basement walls. Light shine through them giving proof to the outside world. If you could just climb up there, you could get out and call for help.
So you turn to Fujiko. "Will you come over here and hold me on your shoulders?"
She looked up at you bewildered. "What? Why?" You spoke without ever saying another word. Your eyes fell upon the very small windows at the top and her gaze followed yours. Seeing what you were asking she reluctantly made her way over to you.
As you climbed into her shoulders she groaned. "Are you sure you can even fit through that?" She could hear the window being tampered with before you pushed it open. "I mean even I'm not small enough-" she was cut short in surprise, watching your slender body slip through the window and outside.
"Hey don't forget me!" She called out. Peeking back through the window you claimed to get help and disappeared leaving her to think about your exit. She was thoroughly impressed.
