#I will say that the DC crossover's first issue had way more hype and therefore was more fun and exciting.#Like that one bit with Flash and Sonic?? ABSOLUTE CINEMA. AND IT WAS A FUCCIN COMIC.#Whereas this Godzilla crossover feels more like a shadow drop compared to the previous. Like there has been zero hype surrounding it so far#Which imo is very sad because I'm hyperfixating like crazy rn and I feel betrayed.#I will say tho that this crossover has so much more POTENTIAL.#DC crossover started out fun and awesome. But after issue 2 I was like “W H A T”#“Wdym the animals get shoved into cringe itty-bitty copycat dollar store versions of the human hero costumes??? EW!!”#Here tho there's no weird workarounds to get toys sold. You can just look at either animal and go “Ye that works for me”#So if Sonic and his friends end up in a new universe this yime there won't be many gripes#AND Godzilla logically is also not outmatched by Sonic and his friends because OOPS! Giant thick scaly hide! Big claws!#Nuclear weaponry is deemed as a simple powerup... 😬#So yeah. If Shadow or Metal comes in to play they can't just wreck shit for 2 panels and be done.
