As the sun sets on this final chapter in Star Wars Rebels, it makes me reflect on how this one little show has impacted my life over the last 4 years. If it wasn’t for this show I would have never made this cosplay, joined the Mando Mercs & Rebel Legion, met so many wonderful people in this clubs & the 501st and had some of the best experiences & opportunities of my entire life. I’ll still continue to cosplay as Sabine, but just the notion of saying that “it’s over,” overwhelms me with emotions. I think I’m way more scared to watch this episode than I am excited. I really don’t know what to expect, but the ache in my gut & heart know it can’t be good. Finally started the @udemy Advanced Photoshop CC course by @philebiner My current creative inspiration has been trying to take close-up self portraits with my DSLR. This is tricky for a number reasons, including controlling my Canon Rebel T6 from the Canon Connect app on my phone. (Am I starting to get tempted to upgrade to a camera body with more advanced autofocus? Yes...) And then when I do get something perfectly in focus I noticed all of the things I should’ve fixed on my make up… Which was the motivation I needed to buckle down and start learning Photoshop. For this photo, I used Photoshop to smooth out the uneven makeup on my nose.
