I'm starting to feel a little more upbeat, somebody's gotta be out there praying for me.

“For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11‬ It seems as though every decision I've made up to this point has been easy; they all pale in comparison to the one that's been keeping me up at night after night. Every high school senior is chomping at the bit to graduate and move on to their respective colleges, knowing where they're going and what they're doing, but my heart aches when I think about leaving home. I've found success in high school. I've found simplicity, I've found a place I fit in and am motivated. Out of the 7 colleges I've applied and been accepted to, not one feels comfortable to me. Campus tours in strange cities leave my stomach crawling with discomfort and aching with anxiety. Where do I belong? Why isn't my Lord giving me the comfort and guidance I so desperately need? This verse leaves me feeling refreshed when my confusion is almost unbearable. The future is uncertain, but I am guaranteed a life of great things by my Redeemer.
