Happy Valentines Day! This is the Escapade Blanc by France Gonzalvez from Beaujolais. It’s 100% Chardonnay planted in granite soils, farmer sustainably, hand-harvested, spontaneously-fermented in concrete, spontaneously goes through malo and aged for roughly 6 months in a combination of old oak and steel tank.
