If I see another Satosugu edit I'm gonna jump
Oops. Gwyn! Gwyn, you snuck a toy out into the pasture. Gwyn, you left your toy. Go get!
Yes okay the GO miniseries is riddled with flaws in shooting, pacing, and editing......Yes there are some moments when even tennant and sheen cannot overcome whatever odd performance notes they must have been given......but I honestly think that's the price we paid for having this thing done by people who truly love the book enough to let it be dumb and gay and long and for my money that is a good trade.
[Gwyn honey! Where'd you leave your toy? Go get, bring inside.]
Here she comes!
She's here!

Did my dog really just do that?
This morning Yvaine got in from Sniff Patrol before Merlin did, which is unusual. She wanted her carrot. They get a carrot when they’re both inside. I told her “just a minute” (which means “I will give you a treat, but not yet”) and I called Merlin just to be sure he wasn’t under the bed or something. No response, so I told her “just a minute” again. She wandered off.
A few minutes later, I heard two dogs coming in the door. Did… did she go GET him? Is she that clever? Did she understand that she would only get a carrot once they were both inside? And then make it happen?
Yvaine certainly knows “go get.” She learned “go get” when our first cocker went completely deaf, and one of her “jobs” was to fetch him from outside; this video is Yvaine fetching Galahad because Galahad could not hear me call him. I tell Yvaine “go get Merlin” occasionally just to keep her in practice.
But… did she really go find Merlin (somewhere on our 10 acres) and bring him inside, just because she was impatient for one post-Sniff-Patrol carrot?
I try really hard not to anthropomorphize my pets beyond their capabilities. She’s a dog! But… but… but…
