I'm reading code name sailor V and why is it that even before the plan is hatched to use her as the decoy she has the different uniform and used moon power transform?
I'm not sure if any reason is ever given, but I've always just interpreted it as a sort of training phase. Minako wasn't quite ready to be a full-fledged Senshi yet (after all, Sailor Venus' role is a pretty heavy one) so she underwent training as Sailor V. After she had enough experience, she regained her past-life memories and became Sailor Venus.
If you want to be technical, though, it all boils down to the fact that Codename: Sailor V is Sailor Moon's predecessor; Minako is Sailor V because Sailor Venus hadn't been created yet.

The blog is a blog for ace ornate people and discusses things in the frame of that experience they aren't talking to the general population. I just don't know why you felt your commentary was necessary on a blog committed to resources for ace people you contributed nothing of benefit and basically just dismissed terminology that ace people use to describe their experiences and then continued to make fun of it in a following text post

I was hanging out with my Puerto Rican family today and my abuelos wife and I were cooking arroz con gandules and platanos and it was really nice but then she said you're cooking like a real Puerto Rican, now all we got to do is slather sum sun tan oil on you and stick you outside so you can be dark like a REAL Puerto Rican. Idk it kind of hurt me. Has anyone else gotten cements like this from darker family members? If so how did you deal with it?
