I'm such a dork. I transplanted the things I needed too, and the lettuce, scallions and cucumbers started to look a little wilty so I dragged over that table with the umbrella on it, opened it up, and put the plants in the shade and gave them a little drink. They're gonna get a better one tonight when the sun goes down. I didn't want to take a chance. They've come this far, and I would be sad, especially since we finished the extension.  

But I’m gonna put that gnome in the garden later.

In Episode 74 of GNERD we discuss point of view and how there isn't much POV in regards to Latinos and space and space travel, at least that we see. Molly is doing a thesis where she is tackling important themes on space and brining her unique remix and POV as a Latina to the table. it reminded me of this scene which I love. 

"Sci-fi. If it's about going to space, let me tell you something. According to Hollywood, in the future when man gets to space, all the Mexicans are DEAD! All the Mexicans are dead! They cannot conceive this notion! And you know what? How do you fight this level of ignorance? You don't. You don't. But if you're right eventually you override it. And if I don't the next generation will. But you can never fall into the trap of thinking like them or putting too much importance."
