Crystalized is if The Oni Trilogy was done wrong

I just really didnt care for this lloyd storyline to make another appearance. The overlord has always been my least favorite villain. Harumi coming back did nothing for her character. And I personally dont like a villain team up. It didnt work in Day of the Departed and it did nothing for me here. Pulling pythor and creating mr f was out of left field and failed for me.

Really the only thing I liked about the main plot of this season was everyone trying to save nya and I honestly forget this was the first arc. It did not relate to the crystal king in any way and felt incredibly disjointed. Zane once again is done dirty by the writers. But atleast the lava shippers were fed and I had my bruise scraps. Garmadon honestly carried the last half of the season for me. But other then that, yaaawwwwwwnnnnn.

This might be the only ninjago season where, I just dont care to see the writers vision and think of a way to make it work. The story they wanted to tell was simply not for me and idk if any amount of reworking would get me to care. Having said that, if anyone has tried to rewrite crystalized, Id be willing to take a peak.
