Guess my choice

GN-006 Cherudim Gundam (NG 1/100 Designers Color Ver.)
Faux GN Drive.
This is the GN Drive from my old Bandai MG Gundam Exia (not ignition mode). Tested a pair of 3rd party red Gunpla LED Units. I wanted to know if it would fit right with the GN Drive and it does so with a litte sanding if the excess flash. To my surprise, the LEDs works well without flickering. The only minus with this set is that the provided battery cover retention screw is a tad bigger.
I really should get back to building my backlog. :/

Initial reverse-engineering of the GN Drive was challenging, but itβs done.
Like the original design, it still requires a gas giantβs atmosphere for successful manufacturing. Easily done in secure locations. However, GN-impulse fusion design is possible, allowing extreme speed and zero waste.
If so, then this mod will prove extremely advantageous. Plus, looks cool.
GN Drives produce no detectable heat signature and provide practically infinite propulsion, but have lower overall speed, even accounting for Trans-Am.
Impulse engines have high acceleration and velocity, but require eventual replenishing of H3 fuel.
Settled. GN-Impulse Drive Mark I, design pending.
