I’m still building! Lamorak was a great build, still pointy like Tristan was, but such a fun built.
The best part? I didn’t forget anything this time!

“Wow, this kit looks so cool, shame about the chest issue… Let’s double check the manual in case I fucked something- Wait, am I missing something?”
*Squints*
“He’s missing his fucking beard!”
I honestly really love the look of this kit, but he’s been one hell of an experience. Being a non-Bandai kit I expected to need to do some adjusting, and he really needed it - especially in the legs. The joints that attached the leg to the waist were really tight, to the point where trying to pose them stressed the part. So, of course, I adjusted those.
The part that causes me serious issues is the way the torso comes together.
This peg just slots in, but slips out so easily when posing! I’m doing it a bit late, but I’m cementing it in place and now I have to wait until he’s done setting.
Here is the Brady Hound, from AMAIM, Warrior at the Borderline. I’ve gotta finish his weapons, but the suit itself is complete!
I haven’t watched AMAIM yet, but I’m thinking I’ll try to soon. I think the mecha design is really interesting!
I did the panel lining all in brown and I think it’s turned out really well. I also painted the eyes myself instead of using the stickers.
Edit: He’s also pretty well balanced! He’s just a blast to pose.
Another build complete! Her hands can pop off a little too easily sometimes, but she’s cute so I can forgive that. :)
And then he was done!
The backpack unit was a frustrating endeavor, but I got it done with only one breakage incident!
Overall I had a lot of fun building this kit, and I like to think it taught me some things.
Like, I think it taught me a little about when I should or shouldn’t sand or otherwise alter a part to improve fitment.

I recently got bit by the Plastic Bug, and now I’m building a Totally Not a Gundam.
Guess which kit came out in 1981 and 1994, and which kit costs 10 bucks and which costs 30 bucks to buy these days.
