Lilo & Stitch: Season 2 Episode 2 Part 1
Time to delve into an amazing weight gain episode from Lilo and Stitch: The Series, ‘Frenchfry’. This episode has a healthy-eating message combined with a Hansel and Gretel-esque plot. For those of you who don’t know about Lilo and Stitch, a Hawaiian girl Lilo adopts alien Stitch, known as Experiment #626, whose creator Jumba and partner Pleakley joined as a sort of family for her and her adult sister Nani. The series carries on from the sequel Stitch! The Movie, where Stitch’s fellow experimental siblings, or ‘cousins’, are scattered across the series’ island, and must be recovered, with antagonists being Dr Hamsterviel and his henchman the former space cop Gantu.
This episode has Lilo and Stitch refuse to eat healthy food, instead preferring junk food. When Nani goes off to work, the pair look into Jumba’s computer and find out about Experiment #062, made to create incredibly delicious food, and awaken him from the small pod he’s kept in. Experiment #062, later dubbed Frenchfry, has a French chef theme, even speaking French, which is odd since he was made before his creator Jumba ever went there. He goes off into a small spinning tornado and creates a large portion of french fires, burgers, ice cream and pizzas in the kitchen. Lilo, Stitch and Pleakely can’t hold themselves back and proceed to cram as much of the food into themselves as fast and greedily as possible. Pleakley shoves nine burgers into his mouth, swallowing them whole, Lilo stuffs a ton of fries into her mouth like an animal, and Stitch eats through a pizza by spinning it around on his claw.
Lilo, describing the fries as the best she’s ever tasted, decides to name #062 ‘Frenchfry’, and continues to chow down on handfuls of fries. However, unknown to the gluttonous trio as they stuff themselves silly, their bellies are starting to bulge out. Lilo’s looks certainly bloated, Stitch’s get big and flabby, and Pleakley’s is hampered slightly at the top by his apron belt. Frenchfry deviously smiles as he looks on.
