So I’m curious about the glowshard. It’s an item you can find in the beginning of the game. Its description says to sell it at a shop, and apparently it can be used up to spare Rudinn. If you use it on the dummy, Ralsei notes that you already found an item, and says that you can go over using items with him if you want.
Apparently, if you sell it to Rouxls Kaard, he says “I shall make use of this.” This is interesting to me because I’m pretty sure that sparkle design that the glowshard has when you find it is the same as the sparkle that shows right before Rouxls’s puzzle. It disappears when the spikes pop up, right before Rouxls appears. Maybe the glowshard can be used for some kind of teleportation, I don’t know.
And the “shard” part of the name makes me think it’s going to become relevant (might just be the Cosmere nerd in me.) Like, it’s a piece of something broken, and maybe you’ll be able to put it together with other glowshards like you do with the broken key pieces. I don’t know. Anyone else got any ideas?
