Don´t worry. Just don´t write e.g. “Buck dich” instead of “Bück dich” because this will (or can) change the word to something that even doesn´t exist. For an Ü you should use “ue”, for Ö - “oe” and for Ä - “ae”. Also, for our example, “Bueck dich” - Looks a bit weird but it´s definitely right. 

me: well ya see, folks, if the US govt starts seriously restricting travel to and from it and goes full isolationist, that American passport is likely going to start experiencing the passport equivalent of a currency exchange rate that is not in your favour, your ability to leave the country is likely to get increasingly more difficult as foreign countries team up to shadow-ban you, and you might just find yourself unable to flee the country in the event that you want to emigrate somewhere else or visit your relatives - your parents and siblings - in another country, n o t  t o  m e n t i o n the more pressing matters of outright discrimination and finger to international refugees that should not be acceptable in a country that claims to award freedom to all individuals regardless of x, y and z
