This binder folder separator ๐ thing, not sure what itโs called exactly ๐ has given me a purpose in life. And I donโt mean by living up to my cat mom status, even though it does help ๐ Let me explain. Every morning I make myself breakfast and then dive right into one of my biggest passions in life. Something where I get to pour my full heart and soul into and holding back just isnโt an option. I strive to help others take control of their lives by starting their own health and fitness journey ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ โ Itโs seriously one of the best opportunities Iโve ever grasped ๐๐ป Checking in with my girls and just watching them crush their goals is so inspiring. They finally choose to put themselves first just so they can share the version of them thatโs evolving ๐ธ Itโs truly heart warming to see these girls start to believe in themselves again and find the happiness they once lost. All because I decided to say YES, they are now here with me winning at life โจ โ If I never started coaching, who knows where these girls would be today. Still lost? Still unhappy? Still wanting more out of life? I donโt know. But what I do know is if you have a passion for health and fitness and to help others on theirs, donโt hold back.
