Got a bunch of questions on this this weekend! I don't recommend gluing anything, but hey, we've all been in that place trying to finish something for a con 😂 I tested a wealth of different glues and found E6000 FabriFuse Stretchable glue was the BEST for sequins. I "dotted" it on and dumped sequins over it. I also added larger sequins by hand. To help catch any loose sequins, and to act as a "barrier" to things rubbing against the sequins, I used an embellished tulle and stitched over just the sequined petals. I outlined this area in the second photo to show. It worked quite well for both purposes!
