Astonishingly it’s kinda hard but simple to explain @cliff_kapono . I chose the pic because I’ve been asked a bout old boards...literally I had over 50 for a child and tutu so lolo she always giving my retirement away when I Not looking( lady know me as why but I really wanted to kinda retire ...anywho) so most da papa like know about me surfing again and about my partners , my morning woods that beat them to the beach which are now gone and replaced...and soon to be replacing their fiber glass. We’ve learned so much about chemistry, and microbiology just in our livelihood that we don’t get into depth of it other than restoration and what to fight off. Then I remember unko Clifford, Cliffs dad, always mentioning his kids. Finding a Kanaka- not walking but -gliding on water on wood in our #Times are and is rare. Luckily our Ohana keeps us on our toes and pushes our maturity of the skills we choose on our learning curve. That’s life, or fight the support all the way through. Well we learn as Kanaka, and as siblings hoping there’s no temper or envy, that we can challenge others in a healthy way, empowering others to be better, the show must go on for all , if we miss the chance then we must double that energy to research and explore more, find solutions or catch up. we must prepare , study , somewhere in the middle I think makua parents want us to save the world , oh and have great sportsmanship, because even in long distances and time we will see each other again . We might even learn similar things and not see each other for decades, but when we come together , we may not be at peace, but come in excellence and grace. There peace is reborn daily, for every #memory is in part the organic degree of how we are all connected . People have called me gypsy,geek or moke, all I know is this how I was raised, and continue to be raised ; the diff is new tech and multi terminology, but tools , if not extinct , are the same tools our kupuna had then. So what’s left is #engineer #innovation.
